1 whole Tilapia Fish
2 tbsp light soy ginger
3 cups celery
1 long red chili
soy based tablets.
Garlic 1 tbsp
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups broth
3 cups vegetable oil
1. Remove the fish scales and grab the heart. Cut cheeks clean.
2. Boil oil, fry whole tilapia, using medium heat. Cover the whole fish, cook both sides
3. Steam fried tilapia. Season with soy sauce, pepper, ginger and light soy broth, cover and steam for about 10 minutes. Add the celery, chili, garlic and steam till open for another five minutes to serve it.
